Landkreuzer P. 1000 Ratte

The Infamous German Wonder Weapon, the Ratte Tank. There's a lot of conspiracy to whether this tank ever actually existed but to me it is pretty clear. It was just a proposed idea that had a crude description and a couple of simple drawings that never actually made it to the blueprint stage let alone production. That is my idea on the whole thing, at least from what I've read.
